Handmade filigree sterling silver earrings adorned with seed and freshwater pearls, these are in a traditional Oaxaca style made popular by Frida Kahlo. They are made in the La Noria neighborhood of the city by our friend Jota Jota. Measures 2″long x 1-1/2″ wide at the widest point. I have watched him make jewelry. The process is painstaking and time-consuming. Each piece of round wire is formed and put together poco a poco. These are to treasure for a lifetime of use.
